Who we are

Talentline Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment company placing finance leadership talent into PE- and VC-backed B2B SaaS companies across the UK, USA and MENA. The data controller is Talentline Recruitment Ltd, 116 Oakley Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9PZ.

What data we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write to us.
• Booking widget: your name and email address, and the date and time you select for a call.
• Guide download: your email address.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Candidate registration: your name, email address, and current role.

We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties.

Why we hold it

• Contact form: to reply to your enquiry and discuss potential roles.
• Booking widget: to schedule and hold the call you requested, and send you a calendar invitation.
• Guide download: to email you the guide you requested.
• Newsletter: to send you finance leadership roles and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Candidate registration: to contact you when a relevant opportunity arises.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and enquiry data for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct anything that is wrong, or request that we delete it entirely. To do any of these, email us at contact@talentlinerecruitment.com and we will respond without undue delay.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored securely by our platform provider. We use Google Workspace for email delivery and Google Calendar for scheduling — both process data under Google's enterprise privacy terms. We do not share your data with any other third party.
