I founded Talentline Search with one conviction: specialist search should be precise, considered and relationship-driven, not transactional.
We focus on finance leadership for PE- and VC-backed B2B SaaS companies: Financial Controllers, FP&A Managers, Finance Directors, VP Finance and CFOs. The aim is to find the finance leader you need, at the stage you’re actually at.
Every search is led by me personally. No brief is handed to a junior, and clients receive four to six vetted candidates within ten working days. I work across the UK and USA, and speak English, Arabic and Urdu.
